2 Natural ways to deal with stretch marks on our body

One of the most common changes in our skin that affect our aesthetics is stretch marks. They appear at some point in various parts of the body due to the sudden change in weight. The skin expands so much that it loses its elasticity at the end, thus creating these ‘cracks’ in the skin.



Is there a way to restore our skin?


If stretch marks have a reddish tinge, the chances of eliminating them are much higher. Stretch marks of this color are the ones that were created most recently on our skin. The ones on the skin most of the time are usually white, and they are the ones that are most difficult to treat, especially with natural means.


Before we move on to the simple methods of dealing with them, let us note that the areas that mainly appear are the abdomen, the chest, the buttocks, the thighs and the hips, and of course they are not the exclusive ‘privilege’ of women. Many men experience stretch marks at some point in their lives due to weight or tumor variation in general (eg muscle mass).


Let's now look at some simple ways that can help eliminate stretch marks.


1. Lemon & olive oil

Lemon is distinguished for its exfoliating and whitening properties and is excellent for the skin. It owes its properties to citric acid.

Similarly, olive oil is an excellent product, rich in vitamin E, which is very nutritious for our skin.

The combination of lemon and olive oil can be a great combination to eliminate stretch marks.


We will need

. Lemon

10 drops of good quality olive oil



Grate the sliced lemon on the area with the stretch marks. We ensure that its juices go where we find the problem.

Then massage in circular motions for about ten minutes.

For an additional ten minutes, leave the lemon to act and then massage with the olive oil until it is very well absorbed by our skin.


2. Red grapes

Grapes are known to be a delicious fruit, but they are also known for their antioxidant properties, which is why they are also used for skin purposes. In this case we will need together with the grapes and natural yogurt. The following recipe is best for the lightest stretch marks.


We will need

10 roses red grapes

200gr. Natural yogurt



First, we take the whole grapes and after we rinse them well, we melt them in a bowl. We do not remove their skins or seeds.

Add the yogurt to the bowl and mix well.

Then smear the area with stretch marks and massage in circular motions for five minutes.

Finally, leave the mixture to act for 20 minutes and rinse with cold water.
