The days require imagination, taste, flavor!
We definitely need to be careful and cautious about what we consume, since we exercise much less than usual and the scales do not forgive our mistakes! So let's try to find a balance between what we need to get on a daily basis and what we want.
Here we will suggest you a slightly buttery recipe for a dessert without many ingredients, easy and refreshing. Remember that the most important thing is the amount we consume. So make a limited amount of dessert and serve a small piece, for fewer calories and less regrets.
So let's see what we need for about 10 servings.
WHAT WE NEED
250gr. flour for all uses
180gr. diced butter
80gr. brown sugar
1 pinch of salt
2 eggs
120ml fresh lemon juice
400gr sweetened condensed milk
icing sugar for sprinkling
HOW WE MAKE THEM
1. Take a medium pan (diameter about 25x18 cm) and lightly grease its surface. On top we spread an oil paste that will cover the whole surface. At the same time, preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
2. In a large bowl put the flour, butter, sugar and salt and mix the mixture by rubbing the large pieces of butter in your hands.
3. Put the mixture in the pan and press well with the palm, making a uniform base. Bake in the oven until the mixture is stable and takes on a little color. It takes about 20-25 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, beat the eggs, lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk with the egg beater in a bowl until smooth.
5. When our base has got the desired color, take it out of the oven, leave it to cool for 5 minutes and pour the lemon cream on it. Spread it well in the pan and put it back in the oven for about 20 minutes. When it gets colored our dessert is ready.
6. Leave the dessert to cool and then take it out of the corners of the oil paste that protrude. Cut it into small bars, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
