Spaghetti with blue cheese & mushrooms

Combine your favorite mushrooms with the exquisite blue cheese (or roquefort for the most discerning palates) for a particularly fast and particularly enjoyable meal.

If the time is three o'clock in the afternoon and you 've been hungry since one, then this recipe is for you. Make sure you have a little garlic, mushrooms, favorite blue cheese and spaghetti in your kitchen (or whatever pasta you like) and in ten minutes you'll have a great dish in front of you. Similar recipes also require cream. But this does not ask for it, and yet it is committed to the success of the outcome.




4 cloves of garlic

500g of mushrooms or any other kind you want

300g blue cheese

Olive oil


1 / 2k turmeric

500g of macaroni



  • In cooked water, pour some salt and our macaroni. Let the spaghetti boil according to the instructions of the package.
  • In a sauce pan season the garlic chopped for a few minutes, until it takes off its scent. But with caution, as garlic burns quickly.
  • Add the mushrooms chopped to the pan. Stir them and leave them for a few minutes to produce their liquids.
  • Pour the turmeric (optional) for its wonderful color and its beneficial properties, and freshly ground pepper.
  • Break the cheese into our hands and pour it into our frying pan. Reduce the heat in half to slowly melt the cheese without evaporating the mushroom fluids.
  • Remove from the heat and pour the finely chopped parsley.
  • Serve spaghetti with our sauce, adding freshly ground pepper.



Attention: Blue cheese is quite salty, so you will not need to add more salt to the sauce.
