Social media and the incrimination for the situation in modern society

We all know that a lot has changed in recent years with the use of social networks. On the one hand, we hear that all the media and social media are constantly being accused, on the other hand, their use is uncontrollable and most likely resulting from those who accuse them. Since the categories are posted publicly and constantly on them, by these people, the choice of their use is also proven, despite the fact of the categorization that comes from these profiles.

Knowing from Psychology that many times people behave carrying "double messages", we would say that this happens in this case as well. So while they blame these media, they also use them. To deprive the use of these networks a little, it would be useful to understand what happens with the use.

Surely the way people interact has changed and that does not change, at least temporarily. At the same time, while human is a "Beloved Being" therefore social, according to the systemic approach, he will necessarily look for ways to interact with other people. The point is not to stop or reduce this need, but to realize how it works through them. The responsibility therefore lies in the ways he manages social media and not in the media themselves.

If we hope for a better tomorrow, more qualitative and substantial, what is required is personal responsibility for the way we communicate, interact, influence and are influenced. Change will come consciously, with awareness and understanding of what we do. We do things without understanding what we are doing.

"Everyone is a tool of the subconscious, until they bring to consciousness the causes of their actions"

Everyone is a tool of the subconscious, until they bring to consciousness the causes of their actions. If we do not come close to understanding ourselves, what we do and why we do it, we will continue to function in an incomprehensible, dysfunctional and ineffective way.

If we want quality to come into our lives, we first need to offer quality, in the way we communicate either with ourselves or with others, in the messages we send verbally or physically, in our posts, in the image we bring out and the image we have of ourselves, our thoughts, and our actions.
