7 Reasons to do yoga on the beach

It sounds and is actually idyllic. Not just because it can make you feel as if you are on vacation, but also because it offers a lot to your health. Outdoor yoga inspires us to set new goals, deepen our attitudes, meditation, feel better and ready for the challenges of our lives.

Find out why yoga alongside the wave is a unique way to keep our practice at a high level and give us even more energy.

1. Creativity

Exercise outdoors can greatly enhance our creativity. Overall, yoga is a creative enhancer of course. In the hippocampus of our brain the cells multiply faster if we exercise at least 20 minutes a day. It's no accident jogging, dancing, boxing or swimming can help us solve our problems.

Even more so, yoga, an exercise that is primarily focused on the purity of thought, when it takes place outside, can contribute even more to the part of creativity. Clear air, tranquility, visuals and other stimuli are 'balm' for our body and spirit.

2. Relaxation

A serene exterior environment is unparalleled from the most beautifully decorated interior. Communicating with nature, which happens effortlessly, has a positive effect on our nervous system. The relaxing sounds of the sea, the breezy breeze and the birds that enjoy the seas are perfectly relaxing while you are in the child's attitude. Feel the wind on your face and let yourself be in the beauty of the moment.

3. Nature

It is important to communicate with nature. It is a principle that unfortunately many times we forget or neglect, swept away by the speed of everyday life.

Sometimes, however, we must return to nature. The sense of grass beneath your toes, a short stroll in the cool morning sand and the fresh air fill us with a unique sense of freedom and fullness that we lack in our everyday life, no matter how we feel we need them.

4. Sea breeze

Breathing of the sea air has many health benefits that are particularly enhanced with yoga. Our body can absorb oxygen more easily thanks to the negative ions found in the air of the sea. These negative ions can of course also enhance our serotonin, which helps to feel more relaxed and happy during the session.

In addition, the salt has antibacterial properties. This means that we will be able to recover more quickly from any infections or bacteria that can affect us.

5. Difficult postures

If we want to raise the level of difficulty in our practice, yoga on the beach is offered. Find the right way to balance the sand and go up.

6. Vitamin D

Any exercise you do out will give you a tremendous boost to vitamin D, even a cloudy day. Vitamin D is essential for the regulation of calcium and phosphate in your body. Any exercises that promote vitamin D will help you feel better in your workout as a whole.

Vitamin D can also help keep your bones and muscles healthy - something that is an important part of a yoga exercise routine.

7. Temper

Many people start to practice yoga because they are looking for the psychological benefits of yoga, other than physical. But our practice outside and even more on the beach can help us improve our mood even faster.

Experts argue that getting even for five minutes more per day can help boost your mood by 50%. Imagine what could improve a 90-minute yoga class on the subject of your mood.
