Stress, of course, is not a condition that can be treated individually with food. It is more complex and requires a lot of interventions, changes or even support to begin to overcome. The demands placed on our lives and in our system p Environment begets many insecurities about the present and our future. So, we realize that stress is not so easy to deal with.
However, there are foods that we can incorporate into our diet, which function in a sense as a small shield against stress. And if, moreover, we are in a phase where we face more dynamic issues that cause us insecurities and stress, then the parallel enrichment of our diet is a necessary step.
