Rice paddy with coconut milk
Fasting may typically end, but there are many who choose fast food either because they avoid animal products or because they are looking for alternative flavors. A typical such product is coconut milk, which we will use to make rice paddy.
The ingredients are for 4 to 6 servings.
So let's see what exactly we need.
Ingredients
500gr. coconut milk
80gr. sugar
10g corn flour
40gr. raspberries
Method
In a small pot add water and boil the rice until it is tender. Then drain it and leave it aside.
In a separate pot, add 450 grams of coconut milk, sugar and drained rice. Place the pot on medium heat and stir continuously.
At the same time, dissolve the cornflour in the remaining milk.
Before the rice mix in our saucepan starts to boil, pour the cornflour with coconut milk and stir until it ties.
Remove the pot from the fire and pour the rice into the bowls or glasses you have selected (4-6pcs).
Put them in the refrigerator for 2 or 3 hours until they cool down.
