Every couple feels the need for joint activities. These moments offer both satisfaction and substantial bonding to both partners.
Unfortunately, today's lifestyles, which are dominated by exhausting hours, do not offer many opportunities for this. Indeed, even if a couple succeeds in "unleashing" some time, stress and daily stress prevent effective communication during joint activities.
However, for those who want to make the most of their few shared moments in the most productive way, there is a solution called couple's yoga.
From the title alone, it is understood that we are talking about the practice of yoga practiced by couples.
It brings balance to the relationship
A relationship, to keep up with the times, requires companionship, trust, patience. Couple yoga can work all these beautiful emotions.
Attitudes performed in yoga for couples require total cooperation, because otherwise there will be no balance.
Contact is based on touch, but it's not just physical. The two companions communicate with the eyes, with the mind and with breathing during exercise. And the time they spend together is inseparable from other thoughts.
Most importantly, the couple shares a common goal that has nothing to do with daily routine (home, work, family, etc.), but with self-improvement, which in this case is intertwined with collective improvement.
Of course, since we are talking about yoga, it is understood that the body is exercised, the body's health is enhanced and stress is removed.
Adapt to your needs
When we talk about couples yoga we do not mean acro yoga. Acrobatic yoga also involves couples, but exercises are more difficult as they involve acrobatics.
Yoga for couples does not require specialization and strong physical fitness. Attitudes are used that both can perform.
It also has nothing to do with Tantric yoga, which relates to the release of sexual energy. Of course, the intimacy, cooperation and all the other positive emotions created by couples yoga are also reflected in the couple's sex life, but it is much broader.
