Stress is an unpleasant feeling that starts in the mind but also affects the body. Not coincidentally, in the scientific community there is the concept of psychosomatic symptoms.

Many people are suffering from chronic pain, without being able to find out their cause. It is very common to see a doctor, undergo dozens of diagnostic tests and eventually go away.

What is pain

Pain is a kind of alarm that warns us that everyone is not doing well or protecting us from harm.

- Headaches and migraines torment many people who experience anxiety. You will surely have the feeling that your head will break after a period of stress.

- Chest pain is not always a sign of a heart problem. It may be due to stress or panic attacks.

- The shoulders are another part of the body suffering from stress. Tight shoulders are a sign that we are experiencing intense stress.

- The negative emotions are concentrated in the neck. Cervical syndrome does not always indicate a condition, but can sometimes conceal a psychological conflict.

- Low back pain is a very common symptom of anxiety. The muscle contraction that accompanies stress results in the nerves passing through the spine holes.

- The hips are a point that concentrates the tension. Generally the lower part of the body, especially the hips, store any tension we feel.

So the next time you feel one of these pains, you need to think about whether it's time to change something in your life ...


Natural ways to face it 

A mix of solutions to get out of the impasse of stress includes natural suggestions for your eating habits, as well as other external factors that you can adjust to your life. Particularly:

1. Put Omega Fatty Acids in Your Life. It is an ingredient in fatty fish, nuts and flaxseed, which reduces the symptoms of anxiety disorders and reduces stress hormone levels.

Lysine is another ingredient found in foods (meat, fish, beans) and has been shown to help reduce symptoms of anxiety. It is even taken in the form of supplements.

Whole-grain cereals also help to calm and improve mood. The B vitamins found in avocado, egg and meat also contribute to good mood.

At the same time, if you are suffering from anxiety, you should definitely remove caffeine from your daily habits, while added sugars and alcohol are just as harmful. Studies show that problems in our digestive tract are inextricably linked to the symptoms of anxiety disorders. This is why you avoid processed foods, saturated fats and fried foods.

2. A relaxing bath, no matter how difficult it is to get there many times, is always very relaxing. Hot water in combination with salts that preferably contain magnesium sulfate removes stress by lowering blood pressure. For an even more effective experience, add lavender or vanilla essential oils if you prefer.

Massage with lavender oil also helps reduce systolic pressure. It is no coincidence that people who massage using this oil appeared to be more optimistic and less anxious about research.

3. Who doesn't know about the beneficial properties of the sun ... Our exposure to just fifteen minutes a day is the best way to increase vitamin D levels that reduce the symptoms of anxiety and depression.

And, finally, exercise is another key to our way out of stress and its symptoms. Studies show that 20 minutes of daily exercise is enough. The neural circuits of our body that control cognitive function and mood are positively affected by exercise.
