Today we will introduce you a gluten-free salad with dressing.

 

 

 

Ingredients

1 small broccoli head
1 small cauliflower head
1 carrot thickened
1 beetroot (diced)
1 crabapple with peel (cut into cubes or thin slices)
2 tbls of raisins
2 tbls nuts
1 pomegranate cleaned

For dressing

1 orange (juice and zest)
1/4 fl. balsamic vinegar with honey
2 tablespoons of mustard
1/2 fl. olive oil
a little salt

Method

It is a salad that gives energy, and here we eat our vegetables raw. In a bowl, put the small broccoli and cauliflower cut into small pieces.

Add all other materials, processed as mentioned above.

Blend the ingredients for the dressing. Pour the salad and mix.

If you have time, it is good to leave the salad in the refrigerator for 2 or 3 hours to marinate.
