In particular, you will need:

• 1 cup of cream (or a full yogurt or a ripe avocado)
• 1 bowl to prepare the mixture
• 4 tablespoons of oil of your choice (olive oil, almond oil or coconut oil)
• 2 teaspoons of honey
• 1 capsule Vitamin E (optional)
• 4 to 6 drops of lavender essential oil, rose or chamomile
• a little moisturizing shampoo

Follow these six steps:

Select the base of your mask. Whether you choose yogurt, cream or avocado (in puree form), it is a good idea to know that these ingredients have healthy fats that help to hydrate your hair well.

Select the mask oil. Having put the base of the mask in the bowl, continue adding your oil. Oils generally manage to restore the shine of your hair and make them look healthier and stronger.

Next step honey. Add honey to your mixture and stir well. It is a natural moisturizer, while helping to achieve a more sticky homogeneity in your blend.

Vitamin E and essential oils make the mask more nutritious for the hair, and also contribute to hydration. At the same time they add a pleasant smell to your mixture.

Stir the mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy. Apply the mask onto your hair and leave it for 20 to 30 minutes.

Rinse your hair with lukewarm water and then bathe with a moisturizing shampoo. Finally, rinse again with lukewarm water and you will already feel the difference in the texture of your hair.
