This healthy drink consists of lemon, ginger and honey. That is, each ingredient has a strong detoxifying effect but a mild flavor.
100% detoxification
Lemongrass citric acid induces throat action, helping to remove accumulated toxins. Lemon juice is also a diuretic, increasing the toxins that are removed with the substance.
Ginger or otherwise ginger gives a pepper flavor. The active substance of ginger, which contains ginger, stimulates circulation and burns, warming and revitalizing the body. It also offers a lot of energy, but has low calories.
Honey is a healthy sweetener because its sugars have nothing to do with processed sugar or zucchini. It is a natural antibacterial for the digestive system and the whole body. It also tends to boost metabolism.
Ingredients for a cup
For a mug of water you'll need half a lemon juice, half a teaspoon of grated ginger and a teaspoon of sweet gold.
Boil the water in the kettle. Put lemon juice, ginger and honey in an oven. Add the boiled water after you first remove it from the fire, so as not to damage the nutrients. Allow about 5 minutes to knead before consuming. If you want more detoxification, you can add a little kosher powder.
