Strong and shiny hair is a symbol of femininity and good health. Well-groomed hair makes a woman stand out and is one of the first things a man notices.
There are several ways to naturally stimulate your hair and avoid chemicals. It is a common assumption that various chemical cosmetics, combined with dyes that are a necessary evil, in the long run weaken the hair.

It all starts from the scalp
- The first tip is the simplest. When you brush your hair, you enhance blood circulation to the scalp, so that the hair from the root to the top is hydrated. On the other hand, brushing has soothing properties. For best results, you can choose a brush with natural hair.
- Massage to the scalp is just as good at improving blood circulation. Start around - around the forehead and head to the back of your head.
- The key to healthy hair is the vitality of the scalp. Avoid over-washing it, as it will cause irritation and damage the scalp. Washing the hair three times a week is superficial.
- Dozens of bacteria, fungi and viruses live on our skin, as well as our internal organs. The most common skin problems are not caused by one type of bacteria, but by the loss of the microbiome balance.
- Some chemicals that contain soaps can have a devastating effect on the microbiome. This will result in excessive sebum production, resulting in clogged pores and choking.
- Essential oils can revitalize the scalp. Put in two tablespoons of castor oil six drops of rosemary or peppermint oil. It is no coincidence that these substances are used in many anti-dandruff shampoos.

Follow a proper diet
Eating protein-containing foods helps to strengthen the hair. For those of you who want to avoid animal protein, spirulina is a great solution. It is also important to eat enough vegetables that fight inflammation.
Traditional Chinese medicine uses a tonic herb called He Shou Wu (Fo ti). According to legend, an old man who ate his fruit acquired the strength he had when he was young and his white hair became black again.
Ayurveda, the Indian science of longevity, uses an oil made from bhringraj herbs. It can strengthen the hair, give it shine and counter hair loss. The bhringraj plant can make oil for hair care and a special mask for facial skin or scalp.
No more chemicals!
Hair is a "map" that captures the body's overall exposure to chemicals. It is noteworthy that a study conducted by the University of Crete School of Medicine and published in the journal "Journal of Applied Toxicology" used a sample of adult and minor hair to discover the degree of concentration in the body of three chemicals. These are bisphenol A (BPA), triclosan (TCS) and perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), respectively used in plastics, cleaners and some non-stick pans. These substances have been suspected to have carcinogenic activity.
To date, research has shown that children are more exposed to bisphenol A than adults. Similarly, adults are more exposed to triclosan.
One possible explanation for this is that children use more plastic dishes and glasses while eating more frequently packaged snacks, such as cookies, crisps and juices. Adults use more triclosan-containing cleansers and toiletries.
